Richmond Rise has been established by long-standing community leaders who understand City Council’s important role to continuously strengthen our community’s quality of life and economic prosperity.
Richmond Rise has nominated two City Council candidates for voters to consider in the upcoming municipal election. Our candidates, Kash Heed and Derek Dang, both have decades of public service.
Our goal is to provide Richmond citizens with the option to vote for experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic City Council candidates that are ready to work hard and focus on issues that matter the most to residents.
